Sales Team Lead for Uber Eats in Poland, responsible for leading a team of Sales Representatives to acquire new merchant partners and accelerate their growth. The role involves coaching, performance management, pipeline monitoring, and strategic collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed acquisition and revenue goals, focusing on commercial coaching to upskill your team and keep them motivated through tough market challenges.
  2. Monitor sales pipelines, quota attainment, and pipeline health with urgency and discipline, adapting your team's approach based on fluid market dynamics and imperfect information.
  3. Conduct regular deal reviews, call observations, and performance calibrations to unblock deals, help your team navigate tough pricing pushbacks, and overcome difficult client objections.
  4. Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Sales Operations, Account Management, Marketing, and City Operations) to align on market priorities, coordinate timely inputs, and effectively manage conflicting priorities during the sales process.
  5. Serve as a key thought partner to Territory Leadership on short- and long-term business strategy, using data to unlock growth opportunities and align team priorities with Uber's broader vision.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Experience leading, managing, or coaching sales team members with a proven focus on talent development.
  • Experience using data to guide sales strategy, track pipelines, or improve forecast accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM or similar sales productivity tools.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing or coordinating both Inside Sales and Field Sales teams.
  • Experience or deep domain knowledge within the food delivery, e-commerce, or marketplace industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve unscripted problems and manage multiple stakeholders with conflicting priorities.
