Salesforce Administrator

This role is for a Salesforce Administrator responsible for configuring, customizing, and integrating Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud to support go-to-market teams. The role involves managing user access, troubleshooting issues, and staying updated on Salesforce features. It is not directly involved in AI/ML model development or deployment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Administer and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Experience Cloud to support the needs of different departments such as sales, finance, and customer service
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes within Salesforce
  3. Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, workflows, validation rules, and process builder flows to automate business processes and improve data integrity
  4. Manage user access, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings to ensure data privacy and compliance with company policies
  5. Support efforts to integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications using APIs, middleware, and other integration tools

Skills

Required

  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201)
  • 2+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning App Builder
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL queries
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship

Nice to have

  • Additional Salesforce certifications (ADM 211, Platform App Builder)
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Experience with Gong, LeanData, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
