What you'd actually do

  1. Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs
  2. Optimize QTC solutions with Salesforce and other systems (Ironclad, Stripe and Metronome)
  3. Design and develop high quality solutions in an agile environment including partner management, forecasting, territory mapping, internationalization, pipeline optimization, and lead management processes
  4. Work closely with operations and business partners to understand and refine requirements, objectives, and processes
  5. Build for scale by designing holistically, with a focus on flexibility and maintainability
