Salesforce Business Analyst

This role is for a Salesforce Business Analyst who will partner with stakeholders to identify pain points, translate them into technical Salesforce requirements, and design/configure customized solutions. The role involves project management, global collaboration, and training users on new features. It requires a technical Salesforce background, project leadership, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Data Cloud and Salesforce Agentforce is a plus.

What you'd actually do

  1. Business Analysis: Partner with stakeholders to identify pain points and translate them into technical Salesforce requirements.
  2. System Implementation: Design and configure customized solutions using Salesforce best practices (Flows, Automations, Prompt builder, Data Cloud, CRM Analytics, etc...).
  3. Project Management: Lead project lifecycles, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholders are aligned throughout the process.
  4. Global Collaboration: Work closely with diverse teams across the world to ensure system adoption and process standardization.
  5. Training & Support: Empower our users by creating documentation and conducting training sessions for new features.
