Salesforce Engagement Delivery Manager

Salesforce is seeking an Engagement Delivery Manager to oversee the production of work and manage enterprise and strategic technical projects. This role involves creating project plans, supervising progress, managing resources and budgets, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of projects. The manager will act as the primary customer interface, facilitate technical design, and oversee implementation planning, testing, and user acceptance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Create and lead project plans; supervise and review project progress and timelines; adjust schedules and plans as needed; and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success.
  2. Ensure on time and on budget delivery of projects while also ensuring that project gates and governance are accurately adhered to during the execution of the project.
  3. Track utilization of project resources and run this against the resource allocation and budget. This includes on time entry and approvals for project timesheets.
  4. Handle day-to-day execution of project implementations. Assist with the planning, tracking, documentation and status updates for the project.
  5. Able to lead one or two large projects or a couple of small to medium sized interrelated projects requiring sophisticated multi-functional collaboration and management at the program level.
