What you'd actually do

  1. Coordinate with Sales and Service business leaders to translate customer journeys and operational workflows into scalable Salesforce requirements.
  2. Serve as the primary technical lead coordinating external SIs, ensuring deliverables meet Ford’s standards for quality, timeline, and security.
  3. Interpret, administer, and execute IT policies and operational procedures for the Ford Energy Salesforce team, establishing performance standards and managing project budgets.
  4. Collaborate with ERP IT leads to design and implement robust integrations for critical data flows, serving as the prime advisor to senior IT leadership on integration roadmaps and capabilities.
  5. Define and govern API strategies, data synchronization rules, and integration patterns using enterprise middleware.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in IT delivery
  • Strong focus on enterprise software implementations and systems integration
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience leading Salesforce implementations
  • Proven track record of managing and coordinating external System Integrator (SI) teams
  • Extensive experience designing and coordinating Salesforce-to-ERP integrations
