This role is for a seasoned Salesforce System Administrator III within Expedia Group's Salesforce Center of Excellence. The primary focus is on building, configuring, and maintaining Salesforce solutions (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud) to support business requirements and processes at an enterprise scale. Responsibilities include translating business needs into technical designs, managing deployments, and ensuring system security and governance. The role requires extensive experience with Salesforce configuration, data security, and DevOps tools, with preferred experience in integrations and collaboration with developers.

What you'd actually do

  1. You will build customized solutions in Salesforce.com and associated systems that support business requirements and processes
  2. You will work with groups to understand their business processes and requirements
  3. Translate business requirements into logical, component-based technical designs
  4. You will define technical solutions to support business work processes
  5. Create design and technical specification documentation

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce configuration (Flows, custom objects, page layouts, etc.)
  • Salesforce data security and sharing architecture
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • CI/CD and DevOps tools (GitHub, Copado, Gearset)
  • Communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have

  • Salesforce certifications
  • Experience in a multi-team Salesforce CoE
  • Scalable Salesforce solution design
  • Integrating Salesforce with external systems
  • Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, LWC
