Salesforce Technical Administrator

This role is for a Salesforce Technical Administrator responsible for improving the Salesforce.com platform, ensuring data excellence, and implementing process automation. The role involves collaborating with teams to uncover process gaps, fix system problems, and build dashboards and reports. It requires experience with Salesforce implementation, CPQ administration, building flows and SOQL, and understanding the Salesforce data model and security architecture.

What you'd actually do

  1. Assist project managers and product Owners in various work streams on Salesforce.com
  2. Data management in Salesforce.com and other business systems, including auditing and resolving data integrity at a large scale.
  3. Collaborate with CPQ and Opportunity Life Cycle Management teams to uncover process gaps and develop elegant solutions
  4. Work with Opportunity Life Cycle Management/CPQ value streams to deliver the strategic projects
  5. Understand and fix existing system problems on a daily basis

Skills

Required

  • Salesforce.com implementation (design, configuration, deployment, lightning flows)
  • Conga CPQ or Salesforce CPQ administration experience
  • Building Flow, SOQL, and advanced declarative automation
  • Salesforce data model, sharing rules, and security architecture
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201)
  • Debugging and troubleshooting in Salesforce
