What you'd actually do

  1. Provide architectural guidance and structural governance for Salesforce and surrounding GTM systems, ensuring alignment with long-term platform scalability.
  2. Own and maintain the Enterprise Technology (ET) tech stack desk and overarching systems landscape to ensure data integrity and system cohesion.
  3. Work closely with leadership to align on the technical vision and execution strategy, translating business needs into high-performing operations.
  4. Partner collaboratively with the product team to co-create, refine, and deliver the product roadmap.
  5. Provide architectural guidance and governance to the Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE), cultivating platform standards and best practices.

  • Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), Salesforce Flow
  • Salesforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Bulk API, External Services, Connect)
  • Integration/middleware tools (MuleSoft, Jitterbit, Informatica)
  • Data modeling, sharing rules, security architecture, large data volume management
  • CI/CD processes and release management workflows (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, Git)
  • Salesforce DX, unlocked packages, modular development
  • Agile/Scrum environments
  • Salesforce Security architecture and implementation (Identity & Access Management, Shield Platform Encryption, Event Monitoring)
  • Compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, or SOX)
  • Monitoring/logging platforms (Splunk or New Relic)
