This role involves supporting SAP implementation and transformation efforts, including hands-on participation in SAP S/4HANA programs and ECC-to-S/4 modernization. The consultant will configure SAP functionality, document requirements, prepare for process design workshops, collaborate with integration and data teams, develop core implementation deliverables, support testing activities, and contribute to cutover planning. The role also requires operating effectively in regulated environments.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support SAP implementation and transformation efforts, including hands-on participation in SAP S/4HANA programs and ECC-to-S/4 modernization initiatives.
  2. Configure SAP functionality to enable business process requirements and support fit-to-standard adoption where appropriate.
  3. Partner with business and technical teams to document requirements, assumptions, risks, issues, and key decisions across the implementation lifecycle.
  4. Prepare for and support process design workshops, helping guide stakeholders toward standardized processes and SAP leading practices.
  5. Collaborate with integration and data teams on interface design considerations, conversion dependencies, and data migration planning for complex ERP programs.
