Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP/SuccessFactors Payroll
  • at least 2 full life cycle SuccessFactors Payroll implementations
  • Ability to travel 0-50%

Nice to have

  • Prior consulting firm experience, preferably directly working for Big 4 firms supporting enterprise clients
  • Experience leading teams and driving their work to ensure project timelines are met
  • Experience managing projects, including monitoring for project issues and sound judgement for escalation
