The Brand Manager role in Pfizer's Specialty Care division is responsible for maximizing product value and growth by developing and executing brand plans. This includes utilizing omni-channel and digital/AI strategies for commercial activities, forecasting sales, managing budgets, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong ownership, leadership, and adherence to compliance and industry regulations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute brand plans and sales forecasts to maximize sales and profit of assigned products.
  2. Monitor performance against targets, implement corrective actions, and drive achievement of annual goals and effective POA execution.
  3. Maximize product value through market research, competitive analysis, KOL engagement, and developing/executing omni-channel promotions.
  4. Propose innovative ideas for brand strategy and planning by actively participating in cross-functional discussions with global, regional, and local teams.
  5. Adhere to all applicable laws, compliance regulations, SOPs, and MHLW guidelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation and expense management.
