Box is seeking a French-speaking Scaled Customer Success Manager to manage post-sales engagement for a large customer portfolio. The role involves leveraging AI tools and automation to create personalized customer journeys, developing digital-first playbooks, analyzing customer health data, and acting as the voice of the customer for product enhancements and AI features. The ideal candidate is resilient, self-starting, data-driven, tech-savvy with a passion for AI and automation, and has 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage post-sales engagement for a large portfolio of customers, balancing high-volume touchpoints with strategic prioritization.
  2. Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to create personalized, "one-to-many" customer journeys that drive adoption and retention.
  3. Develop, test, and iterate on digital-first playbooks, utilizing data to refine engagement strategies.
  4. Act as a proactive problem solver; identify friction points in the customer lifecycle and architect scalable solutions to remove them.
  5. Analyze customer health data to execute targeted campaigns that mitigate churn risk before it escalates.

Skills

Required

  • Fluent French and English speaker
  • 2+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Digital Marketing
  • Salesforce Proficient
  • Strong writing skills
