Scaled Partner Manager Consultants & Agencies

Notion Notion · Enterprise · Dublin, Ireland · Sales

This role is focused on building and scaling Notion's partner ecosystem, specifically for consultants and agencies. The primary goal is to create a scalable partner activation engine and operationalize a modern partner playbook that emphasizes systems, incentives, and self-serve experiences to support thousands of partners globally. The role involves defining quality standards, driving EMEA expansion, and creating programs to foster partner momentum. While AI is mentioned as being built into Notion, this role is primarily about partner management, operations, and GTM strategy, not direct AI/ML development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the partner journey end-to-end: recruit → onboard → activate → deliver → grow.
  2. Apply a product-and-systems mindset to partnership building: instrumentation, lifecycle automation, segmentation, experimentation.
  3. Define what “great delivery” looks like for consultant-led customer work (standards, guardrails, feedback loops).
  4. Build the early EMEA motion: local insights, partner density strategy, regional activation loops, and community-building.
  5. Expand and improve on-ramps that help partners get to value quickly (e.g., paid early projects, structured activation, repeatable service motions).

Skills

Required

  • 10 years in partner programs, ecosystem strategy, partner ops, or GTM ops (SaaS preferred).
  • Experience building programs + systems that scale adoption (not just relationship management).
  • Strong “operator-builder” instincts: you ship, instrument, learn, and iterate.

Nice to have

  • Experience with services ecosystems (consultants, agencies, SIs) and how services businesses productize delivery.
  • Comfort designing lifecycle funnels and operating cadences (activation, retention, segmentation, comms).
  • A point of view on what a modern partner motion looks like when product + automation + AI are the scaling layer.
