Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Certified Scrum Master to provide oversight of the Agile framework for product deliveries. The role involves guiding the team in Scrum and SAFe, removing impediments, and fostering high-performing team dynamics. Responsibilities include supporting software development, facilitating Agile ceremonies, resolving complex problems, and participating in customer demonstrations. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, 2+ years of experience for Scrum Master (Level 2) or 5+ years for Principal Scrum Master (Level 3), a CSM certification, and experience in scaled agile environments.
