Sales Development Representative (SDR) for CoreWeave, an AI cloud provider. The role focuses on generating pipeline and driving new business by identifying, engaging, and developing opportunities within enterprise and AI-native organizations. Responsibilities include outbound lead generation, personalized outreach, communicating value proposition, handling objections, and qualifying prospects to generate new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.

What you'd actually do

  1. turning leads into qualified opportunities by partnering closely with marketing and sales to execute outbound lead generation campaigns.
  2. engage prospective customers through personalized outreach across multiple channels, including email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  3. develop a strong understanding of CoreWeave’s offerings and effectively communicate our value proposition while handling objections and qualifying prospects.
  4. work closely with Account Executives to generate new business opportunities and contribute directly to revenue growth in a highly collaborative environment.

Skills

Required

  • Strong understanding of SDR and lead development best practices and procedures
  • Experience executing outbound prospecting across email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Ability to consistently meet or exceed qualified meeting quotas tied to revenue goals
  • Experience tracking and managing lead activity using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce.com or comparable tools)
  • Ability to learn and communicate technical product offerings and respond to objections and competitive questions
  • Strong account research skills with the ability to identify targets, generate interest, and develop opportunities
  • Proven ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced and flexible environment

Nice to have

  • Experience in business development and/or sales roles
  • Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach)
  • Experience working in a technology or startup environment
  • Experience using Salesforce.com or comparable CRM systems
