What you'd actually do

  1. As a Senior Human Resource Specialist, you enable the HR operating model by delivering consistent execution of HR processes, routines, and tools.
  2. You are a key partner and a reliable resource, helping ensure HR programs are delivered accurately, efficiently, and with a strong focus on the team member experience.
  3. Through onboarding, workforce routines, and ensuring timely completion and accurate recordkeeping of required training, as well as day-to-day HR services, you provide guidance and operational support that helps leaders and team members navigate HR processes and organizational change.
  4. You apply established best practices and standard procedures to support staffing, retention, engagement, and compliance needs ultimately enabling teams to achieve business outcomes.
  5. You interact regularly with site leadership, HR partners, and cross-functional teams, and may engage with external candidates or vendors as part of staffing, onboarding, and HR process execution.

Skills

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of administrative experience
  • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, computer systems (examples include Excel, Word, O365)
  • Strong customer/client service skills and ability to communicate (written and verbal) with all levels of organization, both internal and external
  • Ability to work with highly confidential information
