What you'd actually do

  1. Manage the core sales team and engage with cross-functional teams to deliver insights, innovative ideas, and customer service that drives business growth for our top Mexico clients and for Google.
  2. Develop and foster C-Level relationships (e.g., CEOs, CMOs, Heads of E-commerce) across the portfolio, acting as a trusted advisor in their digital transformation.
  3. Reach/surpass product adoption metrics to make sure that clients increase their digital maturity and their business results.
  4. Partner with leaders of other teams to develop thought leadership around the Industry ecosystem, equipping teams across large customer sales to deliver excellent business growth and navigate industry shifts.
  5. Attract, develop, and retain top talent in all roles across the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and deep expertise in the Finance, Tech and Telco verticals.
