This role is for a Vice President - Product Delivery Manager in Securities Services Billing at JPMorgan Chase. The primary focus is on defining and delivering the strategic roadmap for end-to-end Billing, including supporting the AI & Data Strategy for Securities Services Billing. The role involves establishing a well-governed data foundation, streamlining data requirements, validations, and downstream impacts, and applying AI/ML-enabled approaches to enhance insights, efficiency, and risk management. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, defining product and data roadmaps, owning product/process/data end-to-end, establishing frameworks for requirements delivery, leading the delivery lifecycle, and managing risks. The role also involves leading and developing a team.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and deliver the strategic vision and roadmap for Billing platforms and data capabilities, partnering with firmwide and Securities Services teams to drive business outcomes, client experience, efficiency, and controls.
  2. Own the product, process, and data end-to-end, including data definitions, lineage, quality, access, and change control; evaluate trade-offs and downstream impacts across products, processes, and reporting.
  3. Establish a standardized framework for intake, prioritization, documentation, and delivery of product and data requirements/changes across onboarding platforms, leveraging AI/ML where appropriate.
  4. Apply data, AI/ML, and analytics to solve problems, track and communicate progress, and inform decision-making across large and complex datasets.
  5. Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture.

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of experience in Financial Services across Data-Driven Product Development, Business Transformation, and/or Billing, with strong business analysis and change management skills.
  • Expertise in analyzing business problems to define detailed requirements and translate them into user stories with clear, testable acceptance criteria to support technology delivery and user adoption.
  • Self-starter mindset, with demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguous problem spaces and drive execution with minimal oversight.
  • Strong project/program management capability, delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
  • Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills, aligning senior partners across Product, Technology, Operations, and Controls, including across regions and time zones.
  • Hands-on knowledge of data architecture, including data modelling, data lineage, and data quality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to produce clear documentation and translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organized, with strong prioritization and delivery discipline.

Nice to have

  • Experience with enterprise data platforms and data governance models will be a plus.
  • Experience with AI/ML solutions to drive change and governance of data models is preferred.
