Security Administration Program Coordinator

This role is not AI/ML related as it focuses on security administration, program coordination, and compliance within Visa's Corporate IT organization. The responsibilities involve managing initiatives, assisting with security functions, building processes, and supporting audits, rather than directly developing or deploying AI models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Assist with critical security administration functions to protect Visa from vulnerabilities, including data analysis and research across systems, tracking and reporting activities. Partner closely with technology delivery partners and cyber security, in collaboration with CIT senior leadership, to support the overall Visa and CIT organizational goals and needs.
  2. Build processes that meet CITs business objectives and ensure compliance and completeness.
  3. As a change agent, discover opportunities for process improvements, pilot and then drive on a larger scale.
  4. Assist with executive reporting and operational technology metrics focusing on continuous improvement to maximize decision making and executive visibility.
  5. Program management and delivery of special CIO projects, as identified, to support security administration functions and processes.

Skills

Required

  • 2 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree
  • Experience in managing technically complex, cross-organizational, multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with an attention to detail
  • Good judgment, strong common sense, and excellent attention to detail

Nice to have

  • 3 or more years of work experience or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree
  • Certifications in cyber security or related, meaningful experience in cyber security or vulnerability management, meaningful experience in compliance, risk, or audit roles
