Security Enterprise Account Executive

This role is for a Security Enterprise Account Executive at Elastic, a company focused on Search AI. The primary responsibility is to expand enterprise and strategic customer accounts in EMEA North, focusing on SIEM, Security Analytics, Endpoint Security, and Cloud Security solutions. The role involves prospecting, building relationships with security leaders, managing opportunities to closure, forecasting revenue, and collaborating with various internal teams (Sales, SAs, Product, Engineering, Marketing) to drive pipeline and customer success.

What you'd actually do

  1. Prospect and build awareness of Elastic Security solutions within new accounts by acting as both a player and coach to Account Executives, based on the agreed account strategy.
  2. Build relationships with security leaders with region and customer accounts.
  3. Collaborate, mentor, and coach Account Executives to position Elastic Security offerings and expansion within existing customers.
  4. Manage opportunities to closure based on account and opportunity strategy.
  5. Oversee and own security revenue forecasting for the region.
