Security Operations Manager responsible for collecting and analyzing security information, implementing technologies, managing a team, and supporting crisis management.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collect, analyze, and assess security- and safety-related information from internal sources, external partners, vendors, and open-source platforms
  2. Partner closely with internal stakeholders, other Disney security operations centers, and external agencies including local authorities
  3. Proactively evaluate and implement technologies to enhance information gathering, reporting, communications, and operational coordination
  4. Train, coach, and develop team members to maintain high professional, analytical, and communication standards
  5. Support crisis management and time-critical decision-making during incidents or peak operational periods

Skills

Required

  • University degree
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the security field
  • Experience managing teams (10+ headcount)
  • Strong knowledge of information gathering platforms, OSINT tools, CCTV, access control, incident management, and mass notification systems
  • Trilingual proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, briefing, and decision‐making capabilities
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive or classified information with discretion

Nice to have

  • postgraduate qualification in security, information management, or emergency management
  • exposure to security operations and communication centers
  • practical understanding for the operations of a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC)
  • Professional certifications
