Boeing is seeking a Security Senior Manager for their Enterprise Classified Security team at Kennedy Space Center, FL. This role manages employees responsible for protecting information in SCI and SAP domains, ensuring compliance with US Industrial Security Standards (NISPOM, SCI Directives, DoDM 5205.07). Responsibilities include overseeing operational security programs, training, physical security, and internal controls, while mentoring staff and fostering continuous improvement. Requires a Tier 5 Investigation within the last 5 years, 10+ years in Industrial Security with SAP experience, and 5+ years in team leadership. Must be able to obtain SCI/SAP access and pass a polygraph.

What you'd actually do

  1. Oversees the development and implementation of an operational security program, SOP, security education, procedures and physical controls to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements on large and/or complex programs
  2. Oversees establishment and implementation of a security awareness training and education program to educate, refresh, and motivate personnel to protect people, property and information
  3. Oversees Physical Security duties and responsibilities within Boeing facilities to ensure compliance with company and government regulations/requirements
  4. Develops and implements integrated departmental plans to ensure business, technical and customer requirements are achieved
  5. Assigns authority and responsibilities to execute the plan

Skills

Required

  • Experience in Industrial Security
  • Experience managing teams
  • Experience with DoD Manual 5205.07 and Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain SCI/SAP access
  • Willingness to pass a polygraph examination

  • Professional Certification in SAP Security, SCI Administration, ICD-705, JSIG/RMF, COMSEC, or related security certifications

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to perform occasional second-shift or after-hours work schedules

  • Experience working with DoD Manual 5205.07 and Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and/or Special Access Program (SAP) access
  • Willing to submit to and successfully pass a U.S. Government-administered polygraph examination
