  5. Collaborate with engineering teams to represent customer and market needs in product development.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, or a related field
  • At least 12 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in developing business plans, marketing strategies and managing their execution in a matrixed organization
  • Strong business acumen, situational leadership and ability to influence all levels of management
  • Expertise in competitive analysis and market research methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across various levels of an organization
  • Knowledge of industry trends and players, with the ability to align marketing strategies with business objectives

Nice to have

  • 8 years with a Master's degree, or 6 years with a PhD in a related role
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results through innovative marketing strategies in technology sectors
  • Strong track record of building multiple successful product lines in the communication industry
