Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineer responsible for operational support, process optimization, and new product introduction in a fabrication facility. This role involves analyzing factory metrics, developing manufacturing plans, and collaborating with engineering and automation teams to ensure efficient production and delivery schedules.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provides tactical and strategic operational support to ensure successful development and ramp of a high volume or technology development fabrication facility.
  2. Provides technical expertise throughout the product lifecycle, aiding new product introduction (NPI) builds and sustaining or optimizing manufacturing processes.
  3. Defines and drives the development and implementation of manufacturing decisions, support tools and methodologies and maintains standards for operation sequences and processes.
  4. Sustains manufacturing activities by defining manufacturing requirements, assessing manufacturing technologies, and developing a manufacturing plan and supply chain to enable it.
  5. Analyzes current processes to identify areas for improvement and correct process deviations.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in technical and engineering major, Industrial Systems Engineering or Industrial Engineering or Industrial Management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledgeable in structural problem-solving methods
  • Data driven mindset
