Plaid is seeking a strategic People Business Partner to serve as a key collaborator for their HRBP Lead and Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership. This role will lead employee relations, conduct investigations, elevate performance management, and serve as the primary advocate and resource for teams. The partner will also design and scale high-impact programs to drive the success of GTM functions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Conducts thorough investigations and delivers equitable resolutions for employee complaints
  2. Serves as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on complex employee relations and performance management practices.
  3. Analyzes trends from employee check-ins, engagement surveys, and workforce data to identify opportunities for organizational improvement.
  4. Defines, clarifies, and communicates people policies to ensure consistency and transparency across the organization.
  5. Partners with HRBP leadership and senior stakeholders to design and execute tailored HR initiatives that support functional business goals.
