This role is for a Senior Account Based Marketing Manager at Superhuman, an AI productivity platform company. The role focuses on owning and scaling Account-Based Experience (ABX) programs to win and expand strategic accounts. Responsibilities include developing account plans, creating personalized content and experiences, orchestrating multi-channel touchpoints, and analyzing program performance. What you'd actually do

  1. Own end-to-end strategy and execution of personalized programs for Superhuman’s most strategic named accounts (typically top 15-30 accounts)
  2. Design and run cluster-based programs targeting cohorts of 10–100 accounts grouped by vertical, company size, use case, or buying stage
  3. Define and maintain the target account list in partnership with Sales leadership and RevOps, using firmographic, technographic, and intent data
  4. Own ABX program measurement: define KPIs, build dashboards, and report on account engagement, pipeline influence, and revenue impact
  5. Act as the connective tissue between Marketing and Sales, ensuring tight alignment on account priorities, messaging, and timing

Skills

Required

  • 6-9 years of B2B marketing experience
  • at least 4–5 years focused specifically on account-based marketing or ABX
  • Demonstrated experience owning 1:1 and 1:few ABX programs at a SaaS company
  • Proven track record of influencing pipeline and revenue through ABX programs
  • Experience working closely with enterprise sales teams
  • Familiarity with the ABM tech stack: tools such as 6sense, Demandbase, Terminus, Salesforce, HubSpot or Marketo, Outreach or Salesloft, and intent data platforms.
  • Experience with website personalization platforms (e.g., Mutiny, Folloze, or similar)
  • Experience building ABX programs from the ground up
  • Strategic thinker who can zoom out to set program strategy and zoom in to exec
