Senior Account Executive

This is a Senior Account Executive role at F5, focused on managing and growing client relationships, leading sales campaigns, and developing strategies to meet revenue goals within the cybersecurity domain. What you'd actually do

  1. Manage and maintain relationships with key and new clients to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies, lead pitches and proposals, and conduct market research to identify business opportunities.
  3. Oversee cross-functional teams and coordinate with other teams to ensure customer successes and overall account management success.
  4. Negotiate contracts, fees, and rates to close deals and drive revenue growth.
  5. Track progress, manage client budgets and billing, and provide detailed reports to leadership (Annual Planning and Quarterly Business Reviews).

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven success as an account executive with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Expertise in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales management tools and abilities to lead high level use case conversations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills are essential.
  • Understanding of the specific industry and market trends is crucial.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Clari, SFDC, Tableau and MEDDICC are a plus.
  • Preferred Department of Justice top secret clearance
