Salesforce is seeking a Senior Account Executive for the US Army to sell their AI-driven CRM platform. This role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, building partnerships, and driving digital transformation within the Army by leveraging Salesforce's Customer 360 Platform. The position requires a strong sales background, DoD/Army expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Spearhead New Growth: You will identify and capture greenfield opportunities, introducing innovative cloud and AI solutions to untouched areas of the Army enterprise.
  2. Orchestrate the Win: You won't go it alone. You will lead a world-class, cross-functional "matrix team" including solution engineers, product specialists, and customer success managers to execute complex, high-value deal cycles.
  3. Be a Trusted Advisor: You will dive deep into customer challenges, moving from "vendor" to "strategic partner" by articulating how Salesforce solves critical pain points in logistics, personnel, readiness, and finance.
  4. Drive the Ecosystem: Leverage the massive momentum of the Salesforce ecosystem to nurture existing relationships and drive expansion revenue.
