Senior Account Executive

Uber Uber · Consumer · New York, NY +2 · Sales & Account Management

This role is for a Senior Account Executive on the Uber Eats Global Delivery Partnerships team. The primary responsibility is to develop and execute the commercial strategy for major global Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) partners, managing and expanding relationships, building new commercial partnerships, and renegotiating existing agreements for Uber Direct’s white-label delivery solutions. The role involves leading global commercial relationships, architecting multi-year agreements, and driving product adoption and market expansion. Success requires a proven track record in executive-level relationships, complex negotiations, and driving global initiatives with significant P&L impact.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and close the most high-stakes, sophisticated commercial and legal negotiations with senior executives at global brands, structuring global agreements that create massive, sustainable, mutual value
  2. Drive product adoption by clearly communicating the strategic value of Uber's products and integration capabilities, influencing significant partner investment and co-development opportunities
  3. Build relationships with C-level executives and key decision makers within partner organizations. Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate negotiations and difficult partner conversations
  4. Act as the ultimate internal owner and voice of the brand, seamlessly orchestrating a global, cross-functional team (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Operations) to navigate roadblocks and ensure flawless execution of the partnership strategy across all markets
  5. Champion Uber Direct’s differentiated value proposition—reliability, global scale, and best-in-class integration—serving as a thought leader who can challenge partner assumptions and redefine their last-mile strategy
