Senior Account Executive, Commercial

Fivetran is seeking a Commercial/Mid-Market Account Executive to drive SaaS sales in a fast-paced startup environment. The role involves daily outbound prospecting, working with partners, executing sales cycles, conducting product demonstrations, and forecasting opportunities. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of closing sales experience, a consistent track record of meeting revenue targets, and excellent communication skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Daily outbound prospecting to Target Account lists to create demand and generate consistent pipeline
  2. Working closely with your Partner network to generate referrals, co-sell on opportunities, and expand Fivetran’s use across the partner portfolio
  3. Executing every sales cycle with precision. You will be responsible for conducting detailed discovery, lead product demonstrations, coordinate executive alignment, and drive positive business outcomes for your customers to drive long term customer value
  4. Becoming an expert in Fivetran’s technology, market, and value proposition
  5. Executing campaigns to drive customer adoption and expand the usage of Fivetran within your customer accounts (in their first 6 months as a customer)

Skills

Required

  • 2 - 3 years experience in a closing sales role
  • Experience in Business Development
