Senior Account Executive - Data 360

Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive with a strong technical background in AI-driven solutions to drive revenue growth and client relationships. The role focuses on selling Salesforce's Agentforce and Data 360 innovations, which leverage real-time data analytics and AI to redefine customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have deep AI and data knowledge, experience selling complex technology solutions, and the ability to articulate how Salesforce products deliver tailored solutions to transform customer engagement.

What you'd actually do

  1. Employ your wealth of sales knowledge, with new technologies, and AI modeling to identify and position Agentforce and Data 360 opportunities with potential customers.
  2. Collaborate and work close Salesforce Sales team to find opportunities to drive Agentforce and Data 360 growth at current and new customers
  3. Use your extensive knowledge of Salesforce particularly Agentforce and Data 360 to articulate to our customers how the Salesforce Product stack can deliver tailored solutions to transform their customer engagement while fitting within their existing architecture
  4. Conduct comprehensive technical discovery to analyze sophisticated business problems and demonstrate how Agentforce and Data 360’s capabilities can deliver impact at scale
  5. Source and qualify Agentforce and Agent360 opportunities that fit our ideal customer profile.

Skills

Required

  • Enterprise and commercial B2B sales within highly technical sales
  • Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
  • Understanding of the agent platform, how to configure and set up agents, hook them into existing flows, automation, API connection, etc.
  • Deep, thorough understanding of the data landscape - including leading CDPs and Datalakes
  • Experience with AI-driven customer engagement solutions and the Salesforce platform
  • Sophisticated intuition for business and able to conduct technical in-depth discovery mapping aligning clients needs to Salesforce's platform and Agentforce capabilities
  • Strong technical selling skills including the ability to explain AI models and solutions to non-technical clients and how AI capabilities and solutions can translate to business outcomes
  • Expertise in modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Big Query)
  • Proven track record of consistently surpassing sales targets within a technical sales environment
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with extensive background in technology sales
