Senior Account Executive focused on enterprise majors growth, partnering with C-level executives to drive AI, Copilot, and Cloud transformation for strategic business goals. This role involves orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, accelerate business outcomes, and strengthen strategic relationships.

What you'd actually do

  1. Customer Advocate – Develops and oversees the execution of account plan(s) to ensure Microsoft revenue targets and customer outcomes are met.
  2. Engages with internal and external stakeholders on business planning, to promote mutually beneficial customer digital transformation strategies.
  3. Orchestrate full customer team across all areas of Microsoft to ensure we are focused on delivering customer outcomes across the customer lifecycle to build deep trust with Microsoft.
  4. Industry Relevant Trusted Seller – Proactively develops a strong understanding of the customer’s business, industry priorities to drive new business opportunities/ drive growth/net new business.
  5. Advocates on behalf of the customer internally, ensuring requests and needs of assigned accounts are being addressed.

Skills

Required

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration AND 4+ years experience working in a Manufacture or Retail industry and/or driving digital transformation OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 6+ years experience working in a relevant Manufacture or Retail industry and/or driving digital transformation OR equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in written, reading, and conversational Brazilian Portuguese and English
  • 5+ years multinational account management experience OR equivalent

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration AND 8+ years experience working in a Manufacture or Retail industry , driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 12+ years experience working in a Manufacture or Retail industry, driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience OR equivalent experience
