Autodesk is hiring a Fusion Expansion Sales Specialist to grow Fusion inside high potential existing customers. This is a digital first inside sales role where you will drive incremental subscriptions, upgrade accounts into higher tier Fusion offerings, and activate Fusion's advanced data capabilities with PLM. You will run focused, high velocity sales cycles over phone and Zoom, identify the strongest expansion plays inside active accounts and convert them into measurable revenue and usage growth. You will partner tightly with other expansion reps, the land team responsible for new customer acquisition, and a deep bench of Fusion data specialists and technical sellers.

What you'd actually do

  1. Expand Fusion customer accounts by finding high leverage workflows, teams, and product areas that benefit from more seats, advanced tiers, or PLM
  2. Run end to end virtual sales cycles - Qualify fast, align the solution, handle objections, and close
  3. Build targeted expansion plans for your territory that prioritize where Fusion delivers immediate lift
  4. Work closely with Fusion Data Specialists and Technical Sales to deliver sharp demos and technical validation
  5. Partner with the land team so customers experience consistent strategy and clean handoffs

Skills

Required

  • Success in software expansion, inside sales, or account management roles where revenue growth was the metric
  • Confidence running virtual sales cycles without relying on in person meetings
  • Ability to uncover expansion opportunities inside existing accounts and convert them into closed business
  • Comfort engaging design, engineering, and manufacturing audiences
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders from technical users to leadership
