What you'd actually do

  1. Own and grow a targeted book of business across New Zealand, driving new client acquisition and expanding platform adoption in mid-market and small-enterprise accounts.
  2. Consult with prospects and clients on their strategic goals and craft dynamic account plans including power mapping, demand generation, and tailored closing strategies.
  3. Build and maintain senior executive relationships at client and prospect companies.
  4. Collaborate internally with customer success, solutions consulting, partners, and other teams to build demand and drive engagement.
  5. Stay current on Qualtrics’ platform capabilities and competitive landscape to create compelling, win-focused proposals and pricing.

Skills

Required

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in software/technology sales focused on mid-market and small-enterprise customers.
  • Proven success selling to Marketing and HR functions, with strong client acquisition and pipeline-building experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets consistently in a strategic, consultative sales environment.
  • Experience driving sales conversations that engage stakeholders through multiple stages: prospecting, demos, negotiation, and closure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the agility to adapt approaches as client and business needs evolve.
  • Effective collaborator who brings together internal teams and resources to support deal success.
