Senior Account Executive (Pharma) at The Trade Desk, a global technology company and leading independent platform for digital advertising. This role focuses on managing and growing strategic relationships with large Healthcare/Pharmaceutical clients, identifying new revenue streams, responding to RFPs, and communicating the value of The Trade Desk media buying platform. The role requires 5+ years of digital advertising sales experience, with Pharma experience strongly preferred, and a proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Take ownership for representing 1-2 of our most strategic relationships with The Trade Desk’s largest Healthcare/Pharmaceutical clients nationally
  2. Work collectively with The Trade Desk’s Client Services team to identify new revenue streams, cultivate and grow accounts
  3. Take lead in responding to RFPs or new inner agency opportunities, including qualification & win strategy
  4. Identify and close strategic up-selling opportunities by understanding core client business needs
  5. Communicate the value of The Trade Desk media buying platform through capability presentations and product demonstrations

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising in outbound sales
  • Strong consultative selling/upselling within existing accounts
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to speak with C-level clients
  • Strong quantitative skills and negotiations ability

Nice to have

  • Pharma experience
  • Programmatic platform sales experience
  • Masters degree
