What you'd actually do

  1. Communicate the business impact of our product offerings to key decision makers
  2. Demonstrate ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building to identify and sell new opportunities
  3. Own sales cycles that could be up to 12 months
  4. Understand customer needs and requirements and act as a trusted business advisor
  5. Build and expand a network across the industry to enhance Carta's visibility and create new business opportunities

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Fund Administration sales experience
  • Understanding of fund structures
  • Experience managing a pipeline and closing large contracts
  • Ability to execute, especially negotiation and closing

Nice to have
