This role is for a Senior Account Executive focused on selling Comcast's communication services (Internet, Data, Video, Voice, PRI, Hosted PBX) to small and mid-size businesses. The primary responsibilities include territory development, lead generation through prospecting, consultative selling, and achieving sales targets. The role requires creating sales presentations, managing a sales territory, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth. It is a sales-focused position with a strong emphasis on achieving financial and unit targets.

What you'd actually do

  1. Territory development to include development of local business partnerships and organizational affiliations and local enhancement of Comcast positioning and brand.
  2. Maintaining quality sales records and preparation of sales and activity reports as required.
  3. New acquisition sales of Comcast Commercial Internet, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses.
  4. Generation of new leads with targeted businesses through various prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals and partner relationships.
  5. Focus on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX and multi-location opportunities.
