  4. Serve as a multiplier within the team, coaching junior members to unblock difficult sales cycles and optimizing overall team outreach tactics.
  5. Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to remove systemic blockers, translating local market feedback into product improvements specific to the Czech Republic.
