This is a full-cycle B2B sales role focused on growing Uber Eats restaurant partnerships by finding, pitching, and signing deals with SMB restaurants. The role involves managing a sales pipeline, handling negotiations, and meeting sales targets in a quota-driven environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and manage a high-volume sales pipeline, using persistent outreach through calls, emails, and in-person visits to connect with key restaurant partners.
  2. Represent the Uber Eats platform, clearly communicating its value to restaurant owners and navigating the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement.
  3. Handle negotiations for SMB restaurant groups, structuring agreements that create sustainable value for both the partner and Uber.
  4. Meet or exceed monthly targets, adapting your strategy to close deals and grow Uber's restaurant selection in your territory.
  5. Identify and share best practices for prospecting and closing, helping to refine the sales process for the entire team.

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of experience in a full-cycle B2B sales.
  • Experience negotiating and managing contracts with SMB accounts.
