What you'd actually do

  1. Own and grow a portfolio of key agency and corresponding brand accounts by building trusted relationships and aligning account strategy, performance, and retention with client business objectives.
  2. Act as a trusted consultant and The Trade Desk platform expert, advising clients on how to execute effective, data‑driven, and innovative marketing strategies.
  3. Partner closely with Sales, Trading, and cross‑functional teams to onboard new clients, scale existing accounts, and unlock incremental revenue opportunities.
  4. Lead client onboarding and ongoing enablement, including training on programmatic fundamentals, platform enhancements, new features, and partner integrations.
  5. Proactively lead accounts by anticipating client needs, guiding next steps, and driving long‑term growth beyond day‑to‑day execution.

Skills

Required

  • 5–7+ years of experience in online advertising, ad tech, or digital media
  • 3+ years in a client-facing role such as account management, strategic services, or consulting
  • Proven track record of growing revenue and strategic value within accounts
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, measurement solutions, and the technical ecosystem
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority accounts and initiatives in parallel
