This role is for a Senior Account Manager focused on growing franchisee partners for Uber Eats in France. The responsibilities include managing a portfolio of 80-100 franchisee groups, acting as their commercial partner, diagnosing performance, identifying growth levers, and driving measurable topline growth. The role involves both field/phone work with operators and strategic planning/analysis. Key activities include sales outreach, pipeline management, adapting HQ strategies, analyzing performance, and representing field insights internally.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own your franchisee portfolio growth: identify opportunities and drive levers (pricing, promos, ads, ops, hours) for profitable, sustainable performance.
  2. Sell daily: structured outreach, strong discovery, pitching and closing (≈50% of time in field/calls).
  3. Run disciplined sales Ops: account plans, Salesforce tracking, pipeline management, and conversion ownership.
  4. Execute strategy locally: adapt HQ priorities to each franchisee using data and local insights.
  5. Continuously improve: analyze performance, refine approach, and optimize results week over week.
