Senior Account Manager for Oracle's Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP, EPM & SCM, HCM and CX) in the Public Sector of Western Australia. This is a hunting role focused on winning new business from cold, establishing deep customer relationships, and managing complex sales cycles. The role requires a deep understanding of the WA Public Sector procurement processes and existing senior relationships within it. Success is measured by consistently hitting and surpassing sales targets.

What you'd actually do

  1. Establish professional and deep relationships with key personnel in assigned customers and prospects
  2. Lead account planning - account strategy, financial targets, and critical milestones
  3. Lead and manage the end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate Pre-Sales, Consulting and Partner resources
  4. Define appropriate ERP, EPM & SCM, HCM and CX value propositions and drive the implementation and execution of sales and marketing campaigns
  5. Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs, to effectively position Oracle ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, and CX Cloud offerings

  • Be a self-starter with a proven track record of generating new business from cold and managing the sales engagement through to close. Ideally this is in the WA Public Sector
  • Demonstrable experience managing highly complex, competitive sales engagements, and highly complex customers
  • Experience working within highly complex environments
