What you'd actually do

  1. Manage a portfolio of grocery & retail partnerships in NZ focussing on bringing selection and operational excellence to Uber Eats customers
  2. Own and manage your portfolio’s performance through joint business planning and identifying and executing growth opportunities and improving operational performance
  3. Focus on growing accounts by selling strategic Uber services such as ads, offers and Uber direct
  4. Strengthen partner relationships to enhance retention and long-term value
  5. Act as a trusted consultant, advising partners on growth strategies and best practices

Skills

Required

  • Multiple years of experience in account management, business development or partner management
  • Proven track record in building strong relationships with partners and achieving sales and business objectives
  • Strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of business strategy and partner dynamics
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders across businesses and levels
