What you'd actually do

  1. Manage a portfolio of existing NetSuite customers across the Hong Kong market.
  2. Own the full renewal and upsell sales cycle, from account planning and customer engagement through negotiation and close.
  3. Build trusted relationships with business decision-makers, finance leaders, operational stakeholders, and key NetSuite users.
  4. Drive successful contract renewals by understanding customer priorities, usage, satisfaction levels, and business needs.
  5. Identify upsell and expansion opportunities by positioning relevant NetSuite modules, capabilities, and value-added solutions.
