Senior Account Manager for Uber's Grocery & Retail team in Japan, focused on managing and growing relationships with top-tier merchants to drive business growth and improve core metrics on the Uber Eats platform.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and grow strategic partner relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for top-tier Grocery & Retail merchants, building trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers.
  2. Develop joint business plans: Gain a deep understanding of each partner's business strategy, then co-create and execute data-informed growth plans aligned to shared objectives.
  3. Drive delivery business performance: Identify levers to accelerate order volume, improve selection, and optimize the partner experience on the Uber Eats platform.
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Operations, Product, Marketing, and other internal teams to relay partner feedback, remove blockers, and deliver a seamless experience for all parties.
  5. Analyze and act on data: Leverage performance data and market insights to inform recommendations, track progress against KPIs, and surface new opportunities.
