Senior Account Manager for Uber Eats in the Flanders region, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of local restaurant partners. Requires fluency in Dutch and English, strong relationship-building, negotiation, and data-driven insight skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and grow long-term partnerships by understanding what matters most to your restaurant partners - doing the right thing long term.
  2. Manage partner portfolios with urgency and discipline, using data-driven insights to track KPIs and identify opportunities for optimization.
  3. Navigate ambiguity and complexity to resolve merchant issues, unblock growth, and ensure high-levels of partner satisfaction.
  4. Adapt your approach based on market dynamics and partner needs to influence the adoption of new features, marketing products, and services.
  5. Collaborate across operations, marketing, and product teams to share local market knowledge and shape regional strategies that scale.

Skills

Required

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing account management, in consulting or a relevant commercial role
  • Fluent in Dutch
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to clearly frame a value proposition
  • Demonstrate the true value of give/get in partnerships
  • Probe for objections, remove obstacles, and eliminate barriers to gain commitment
  • Strong motivation and passion to work with top restaurants and build a business together
