This role is for a Senior Account Manager at Weights & Biases by CoreWeave, focusing on driving retention and revenue growth for existing AI/ML customers. The role involves managing commercial strategy, renewals, expansion, and cross-sell motions for enterprise and strategic accounts, partnering with Field Engineering to connect product adoption to business value, and maintaining account plans and forecasts.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the commercial strategy and outcomes for a portfolio of Enterprise and select Strategic customers.
  2. Lead complex renewals, manage multi-threaded expansion and cross-sell motions, and scale W&B adoption across multiple teams and business units.
  3. Run structured commercial workflows—including discovery, qualification, value and ROI articulation, pricing, negotiation, and forecasting—while maintaining detailed multi-year account plans that incorporate whitespace, risks, and growth sequencing.
  4. Partner closely with Field Engineering to coordinate cross-functional deliverables, lead executive business reviews, and use adoption insights to influence expansion strategy.
  5. Ensure customers realize long-term value while contributing to sustained company growth.
