Salesforce is seeking a Senior Account Partner for their Enterprise Banking team. This role focuses on owning and growing strategic relationships with major UK banks, driving digital transformation initiatives and customer value through Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise IT sales, account management, or consulting, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and influencing C-level stakeholders. Experience in Financial Services, particularly Banking, is required, along with a deep understanding of digital transformation, cloud technologies, CRM, data, and AI.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and expand executive relationships across Tier 1 banking clients, acting as a trusted advisor at C-level
  2. Drive strategic account planning and execution to deliver sustained revenue growth
  3. Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles across large enterprise environments
  4. Position Salesforce solutions as a driver of business transformation across people, process, and technology
  5. Collaborate closely with license sales, Professional Services, and wider internal teams to deliver integrated customer outcomes
