Lime is hiring a Senior Accountant - Fixed Asset Accounting to join our accounting team!
In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager - Fixed Asset Accounting and play a key role in supporting the worldwide Lime controllership through accurate and timely accounting for corporate fixed assets. You will be responsible for managing journal entries, account reconciliations, and account fluxes for our corporate assets, along with managing the capitalized landed costs for all fixed assets.
You will partner closely with internal stakeholders and our shared service center in Malaysia to help ensure complete, accurate, and efficient accounting operations across the fixed asset close process. You will also contribute to process improvements that strengthen controls, enhance reporting accuracy, and support Lime’s continued growth.

This is a remote position with a requirement for candidates to reside in the United States to maintain effective collaboration across teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and manage journal entries related to corporate fixed assets
- Perform monthly account reconciliations and account flux analyses for fixed asset-related balances
- Manage the accounting for capitalized landed costs associated with fixed assets
- Review fixed asset activity for completeness and accuracy, and help resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Support the maintenance and improvement of fixed asset accounting processes and internal controls
- Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting and finance stakeholders to support accurate financial reporting
- Assist with audit requests and other ad hoc analyses related to fixed assets and corporate accounting
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Prior experience in fixed asset accounting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while partnering effectively with global teams
Preferred Experience:
- CPA certification strongly preferred
- Public accounting experience preferred
- Experience with NetSuite and / or Floqast preferred

The base salary range listed reflects what Lime reasonably expects to offer for this role, with the final base salary determined by objective factors such as the candidate’s location and relevant skills and experience. Depending on the position, the total compensation package may also include discretionary annual performance bonus opportunities and equity, subject to applicable plan terms and eligibility requirements.
